The one thing a site like this still needs to overcome is that when you're buying a $600 piece of bondage furniture, it's hard to make a buying decision based on a small photo and a text description. I'd want to see more, and since I can't see an example in real life, I'd want more photos, including in-use, to get some idea of the scale. Measurements are provided, but it's not quite the same as a visual. That aside, it looks like some really cool stuff. Contact info of phone and address are provided, and the return policy is stated, though it seemed to make more sense for toys and clothing than for large furniture.
